Adding a Coach to multiple Spaces can be very tedious if you are going into each Space, one at a time, to do so. With Lists, you can easily invite a coach to multiple Spaces at one time with a few simple steps.

First, create the List of Spaces you want your new coach to be invited to. Once the List is complete, click on the gear icon to open the List options. Select the "Invite Coaching Staff to all Spaces" option.

Fill in the User field by adding the Coaches name and email address, then select their role type and click Add to finish and send the invitations out.
