How can I update/manage my subscription and billing for CoachNow?

Are You an Athlete or Parent?

If you were invited to CoachNow by your coach, access to most features is free! You should not need a paid CoachNow account to work with your coach. If you're being asked to pay, please reach out to your coach or contact our Support Team for clarification.

Managing Your CoachNow Subscription

How you manage your billing depends on which CoachNow plan you're on and how you originally signed up. Find your plan below to get started.

Analyze Plan

Analyze memberships are purchased and managed directly through Apple or Google β€” CoachNow does not have access to your billing for this plan. To make any changes to your subscription, you'll need to do so through your device's subscription settings.

CoachNow PRO, CoachNow+, and Academy Plans

Most PRO, CoachNow+, and Academy subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can log in to the Stripe customer portal to:

  • Update your payment method

  • View invoices and receipts

  • Cancel or modify your subscription

Can't access the Stripe portal?

Some Academy accounts and long-time CoachNow users may be on an older billing system from before our Stripe partnership. If you're unable to log in to the Stripe portal, please contact our Support Team and we'll update your billing information manually.
