How do I delete my account?

Delete your account and data

If you decide that you would like to delete your account, you can ONLY do so from inside the CoachNow App. Before you begin, please make sure you are signed in with the email address associated with the account you want to remove.

Click on the three dot icon in the bottom right corner of your screen then select “Settings” from the menu. At the top of the Settings page, click on your name and photo to open your profile settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the “Delete Account” button.

Upon choosing to delete your account, you will be prompted to verify your decision with a warning page, where you can then make your final selection.

IMPORTANT: Once you have deleted your account, it will be wiped from the system along with all of its associated data. We have no way to retrieve this data once it has been wiped.

If you want to use CoachNow again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Please note that if you have already deleted the CoachNow mobile application, you will need to contact Support via https://coachnow.io/ so that your account can be deleted for you.
