CoachNow Analyze makes it easy to share the videos you create with others. You can do this in two main ways: by downloading the file and sharing it through your preferred platform or by creating a Space and inviting others to access your content.
Here's how to do both:
Method 1: Download and Share
Log In: Ensure you are logged in to your CoachNow Analyze account.
Locate Your Video: Find the video you want to share in your CoachNow Analyze account. Videos can be found in the Cloud Library.
Download the Video: Click or tap on the video to open it. Click on the three dot icon in the top left corner. Choose Share then “Share Link” or “Export Photo”.
Choose Video Quality: Select the desired video quality if prompted. Higher quality may result in larger file sizes.
Download Confirmation: Wait for the video to download to your device. Once it's downloaded, you'll receive a confirmation.
Share the File: Now that you have the video file on your device, you can share it just like any other file. You can send it via email, text message, social media, or any other method you prefer.
Method 2: Create a Space and Invite Others
Log In: Make sure you're logged in to your CoachNow Analyze account.
Create a Space: Click or tap on the "+New Space” option in CoachNow Analyze. Follow the prompts to create a new Space.
Post the content in your Space: you can make a series of posts with the content you wish to share. At this time, you can also add comments, annotations, voice overs, or any other edits to the content.
Invite others to the Space: Go to Space settings and invite others via Email, Phone Number, or by sharing a unique link. Those you invite will be able to view and comment on the content you post. They can also add their own content for easy collaboration.
Using these methods, you can easily share videos created in CoachNow Analyze with colleagues, clients, or anyone you want to collaborate with. Whether you prefer to download the video file for direct sharing or create a dedicated collaborative Space, CoachNow Analyze offers flexibility to suit your needs.
