Sharing your content with others in CoachNow Analyze is a breeze. Follow these simple steps to invite someone to view and collaborate on your content:
1. Log In:
Ensure you're logged in to your CoachNow Analyze account. If you're not logged in, please do so to access your content.
2. Create a Space:
Click or tap on the "+New Space" option within CoachNow Analyze. Follow the intuitive prompts to create a new Space. A Space is your dedicated hub for organizing and sharing your content.
3. Post the Content in Your Space:
Within your Space, you can make a series of posts containing the content you wish to share. Whether it's videos, photos, notes, or any other coaching resource, posting in your Space is easy and efficient.
Take advantage of this opportunity to enhance your content. Add comments, annotations, voice overs, or any other edits that will provide context or insights to the viewers.
4. Invite Others to the Space:
To invite collaborators, go to Edit Members by clicking on the three dot icon in the top right corner of your app screen. Then click Invite Members.
From there, you have multiple ways to invite others:
a. Email Invitation: Enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to invite. They will receive an email invitation to join the Space.
b. Phone Number: If applicable, you can invite users by phone number. This is especially useful if you're inviting people who may not have an email address associated with their CoachNow Analyze account.
Those you invite will gain access to the Space and the content you've posted within it. They'll be able to view, comment on, and engage with your content. Additionally, they can contribute their own content to facilitate seamless collaboration.
