What is a Space?

Learn what Spaces are and how to use them to connect and collaborate with your athletes.

What is a Space?

A Space is a private, dedicated hub where you and your athletes can collaborate, communicate, and track development — all in one place. Think of it as a personal coaching environment built around a single athlete or training relationship.

Spaces are the foundation of CoachNow and where most of your day-to-day coaching happens.

What can you do in a Space?

  • Share content — post videos, photos, and notes directly to your athlete

  • Give feedback — reply to posts, analyze video, and add voice-over feedback

  • Track progress — review past posts and monitor development over time

  • Keep it private — only people you've invited can see a Space's content

  • Add others — invite additional members like assistant coaches, parents, or recruiters for free.

Who can have a Space?

Any CoachNow member can create and participate in Spaces. The number of Spaces you can create depends on your plan:

  • Analyze — up to 5 Spaces

  • PRO & Academy — unlimited Spaces

Athletes who are invited to a Space by their coach can participate for free — no paid plan required.

📣 Are you an athlete?

Your coach will create your Space and send you an invite — you don't need to set anything up yourself. Just accept the invitation and you're good to go!
