Easily manage how much device storage and content CoachNow takes up on your device. Adjusting limits can help improve performance.
Note: clearing storage will remove it from the device but not from our server.
Adjust device storage use
Access your account settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the Home Screen.
Click on the "Device Storage Use" tab to open storage settings.
Use the scale from 1GB to Infinity to adjust the device storage limit based on your preference. The lower number indicates less data being stored on your device and the high number indicates more data being stored on your device.
**If you encounter a problem with CoachNow using up too much data on your device you will want to adjust the setting to 1GB. If you are still having issues, click "Captured Media" to clear all captured media on your account. Nothing will be deleted from your account or our servers, just your device storage.
