Getting Started for Athletes

As an Athlete, you can interact with the CoachNow Academy platform in two ways:

Download the mobile app in the Apple App Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android devices.

Once in the app store, search for "CoachNow" and download the free app.

The app is currently available for the iPhone and iPad (Apple iOS 12.0 or higher) and Android (Android 6.0 or higher).

You can also interact with the CoachNow Academy platform from any device with an internet browser by going to https://coachnow.io

To set up your account, follow these directions:

If you received an email from your coach, click on the blue "Sign Up and Join" button or download the CoachNow app on your iOS or Android device and enter the 6 digit passcode from the email invitation.

You will be redirected to a screen where you can register by entering your details then clicking "Sign Up".

​If you already have a CoachNow account and were invited to join a Space from your Coach, navigate to the CoachNow app and click Login. You can enter the email and password used for your existing account to login and access your new Space.

If you have an existing Golf Genius account, click Sign in with Golf Genius and enter your email and password or you can click "Create an Account" as a new Athlete to create your account.

Once you are signed in on the mobile app, you will see the following home screen.

From this screen you can view multiple different features including:

Space & Groups

Coach Profile

Cloud Library

You can access more views by selecting from the tabs on the bottom of the app screen.

The Feed: where you can review content posted into your Spaces/Groups

The Orange Wheel: click here to post/share media with your Coach

Bookings: View and Schedule Sessions with your Coach. For more information on Booking Sessions with your Coach, Click Here.

Library: comprehensive view of the media (videos, photos, documents) you have shared in your account.
