In this article learn how to review your Calendar, schedule sessions or blocks of time and manage your Calendar Settings.

As a Coach, you must review and maintain your Calendar to ensure the best use of your time. From the Calendar tab, you can:

  • Review your daily calendar

  • Book Sessions

  • Access Calendar Settings

Reviewing Your Calendar:

You can review your Calendar for the week by clicking on the Calendar tab in the menu on the bottom of the screen. Here, you can quickly check your availability, ensure break and vacation blocks are reserved, and review your general session calendar for the current and future days.

Use the arrows to move between days, or click the date to navigate between different weeks, months, and years.

If you select to navigate by date, you can choose the year, month, and date you wish to move to. After selecting the date, you wish to navigate to, click "Confirm," and you will be taken to that day (as shown below). Or click "Go to Today" to quickly return to today.

Book sessions or Unavailable Blocks of Time:

If you need to book a session or block a specific time for other activities, you can do this from the Calendar Tab.

  1. Go to Calendar and click the "+" button at the top right of the screen.​

  2. You will see the following screen. Choose either Session or Unavailable as appropriate (as shown below)

Calendar Settings:

The Calendar Settings are limited on the mobile app, but can be accessed and updated by accessing your CoachNow Academy account on the desktop. The Settings section is divided into four parts so you can have complete control over your Calendar, rates, and booking timetables:

  • Booking Options

  • Availability

  • Schedule Options

  • Calendar Integrations
