Automatic Tracking

  • Setup: Link packages to specific booking options

Manual Tracking

  • Purpose: Flexible credit management with manual adjustments

  • Setup: Set session count without linking booking options

  • Best for: Coaches with varied session types or custom arrangements

Without Tracking

  • Purpose: Unlimited access offerings

  • Setup: No session limits or credit tracking

  • Best for: Membership-style packages or unlimited access programs


Creating Linked Packages and Subscriptions

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Navigate to Offerings:

  • Go to Calendar Settings > Packages & Subscriptions

  • Click "Create New Package" or "Create New Subscription"

2. Select Tracking Method:

  • Choose "Automatic Tracking" for linked offerings

  • Select applicable booking options from dropdown

3. Configure Session Quantities:

  • Set quantity for each linked booking option

  • Use "Unlimited" toggle for subscription offerings

  • Add multiple booking option types as needed
