Connect Multiple CoachNow Academy Accounts to one Stripe Account

You can connect multiple CoachNow Academy accounts to a single Stripe instance, where all payments are processed through the same Stripe account.

Connecting Stripe to a Professional's Account

  • The administrator of the Stripe account should sign in to the appropriate professional’s CoachNow Academy account

  • Go to Billing > Connect Stripe Account

  • If you are already signed in to your Stripe Account, you should see something that looks like this:

Choose Create New Account and link this account to the appropriate existing business:

Follow the Steps, agree, and submit

*Be sure to sign out of your Stripe Account if you have signed into your account on the professional's computer*

If the account has been properly connected, your CoachNow account should look like this:

Any packages or subscriptions that are added to this account will appear as products under this particular Stripe instance. Any transactions that occur through this account for individual sessions will also appear in the corresponding Stripe account.

You are now ready to create the appropriate packages and subscriptions for this team member, as well as select how they should be paid for individual sessions under their booking options. Payment selection for individual sessions is done under the calendar settings and by editing the collection for each individual booking option.

In Stripe, you will see the account has been added under other accounts:

At this point, you'll want to create an organization in Stripe and add the appropriate accounts to the organization

You should create an organization to put all of these Stripe connections under one account for managing payments and data.

  • Please navigate to the original Stripe account you have and switch to it in the top left-hand portion of the Screen

  • Choose create organization

  • When you create an organization, you can see all of the Stripe connections you have made for CoachNow Academy under one umbrella

  • You can also add newly added accounts to the organization

  • You can look at the account individually or collectively, by clicking into the individual accounts or choosing the organization to see a snapshot of all accounts collectively

Your organization in Stripe will appear like this:


You can always click under the accounts and add appropriate accounts to the organization

You can add professionals for access to their own Stripe instance or to the organization's Stripe instance. Adding them to the organization gives them access to view all Stripe connections in the organization. Adding them to their own instance will only provide them with access to their own Stripe connection through CoachNow Academy.

Adding a team member to your Organization:

To add to the organization, switch to the Organization instance and choose the Settings icon in the top right-hand corner > Team and Security > add members and their appropriate access.

To add to their own instance, switch to the appropriate account > Choose settings in the top right-hand corner > Team and Security > add members and their proper access.
