Why can't I login to my CoachNow account?

Can't get into your CoachNow account? Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

If you're having trouble logging in to CoachNow, one of the causes below is likely the culprit. Work through each section to find what applies to you.


1. Forgot your password?

Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your CoachNow account. You'll be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

2. Not receiving the password reset email?

If the reset email hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, try the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — password reset emails are sometimes filtered by email providers.

  • Make sure you're checking the right inbox — the email will be sent to the address registered to your CoachNow account.

  • Add CoachNow to your safe senders list — some email providers block our emails entirely. If you've checked spam and still don't see it after 5 minutes, please contact CoachNow support and we'll help you get back in.


3. Already have a CoachNow account?

If you were invited by a coach and clicked Sign Up or I Was Invited but are seeing an error saying an account already exists with your email, it means you already have a CoachNow account.

Instead of signing up again, go back to the login screen and select Sign In, then enter your existing email address and password. This will log you in and give you access to your new Space or invitation.

Still can't log in?

If none of the above resolves the issue, try the following:

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address — try any other email addresses you may have used to sign up.

  • Delete and reinstall the app — this can resolve login issues caused by a corrupted app session.

  • Try logging in via the web — visit app.coachnow.io to see if the issue is specific to the mobile app.
