How do I use the Library?

Learn how to use the CoachNow Library to find, organize, and manage all your coaching media in one place.

What is the Library?

The Library is your personal media hub β€” a private collection of everything you've ever posted or replied with across your Spaces and Groups. All media is automatically saved here in chronological order, so nothing gets lost and everything is accessible across all your devices.

***If you want to share videos publicly, review how to share media here. This article is simply about your private Library.

Finding your content

You can browse your Library chronologically or use the search and filter tools to quickly find what you need. Filter by media type (video, photo, note, audio, document), date range, or whether content was captured or uploaded.

The importance of Tags

Tags are one of the most powerful tools in your Library β€” and the coaches who use them consistently get the most out of CoachNow. When you tag your posts (e.g. "full swing", "footwork", "drill", "match footage"), you make it easy to instantly pull up every piece of content related to a specific topic or athlete, no matter how much content you've accumulated over time. Think of tags as your own personal filing system β€” the more consistently you use them, the more valuable your Library becomes. We strongly recommend tagging every post as a habit from day one.

Reusing content from your Library

Your Library isn't just for storage β€” you can pull any piece of content from it and share it directly into a Space or Group without re-uploading. This makes it easy to reuse drills, feedback videos, and instructional content across multiple athletes.
