How do I manage a Space?

Learn how to rename, add members, adjust notifications, and delete or leave a Space.

Once your Space is set up, you can manage it at any time β€” from renaming it to adding new members, adjusting notifications, or deleting it when it's no longer needed.


Rename a Space

  1. Open CoachNow and navigate to the Space you want to rename

  2. Tap the gear icon in the top bar and select Space Settings

  3. Tap the name field and update the Space name

  4. Tap Save at the bottom to confirm your changes


Add members to a Space

You can add new members to a Space at any time β€” coaches, athletes, parents, recruiters, or fans.

  1. Open the Space

  2. Tap the 3-dot icon in the top right corner

  3. Select Edit Members

  4. Tap Invite Members and add them by email, phone number, or invite link


Adjust Space notifications

You can control how you're notified about activity in each individual Space β€” including turning off notifications for Spaces that are less active.

Post to a Space via email

Did you know you can post content to a Space directly from your email β€” no app needed?

Each Space has a unique email address found in the Space Settings. Copy it, paste it into any email, and whatever you send will appear as a post in that Space.


Delete or leave a Space

To delete a Space β€” you must be the creator. Navigate to the Space, tap the 3-dot icon, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete. Confirm the prompt and the Space will be removed.

⚠️ Deleting a Space cannot be undone from the app. If you need it recovered, contact support@coachnow.io.

To leave a Space β€” navigate to the Space, tap the 3-dot icon, scroll to the bottom and tap Leave. You can always be re-invited by the Space creator.
