If your coach has shared a booking link with you, you can use it to browse their sessions and book directly — even if you don't have a CoachNow account yet. Here's exactly what to expect.
Step 1 — Browse your coach's offerings
Opening the link will take you to your coach's public profile page. Under the Private Sessions tab you'll see their available session types, each showing the duration and price. You may also see Packages & Subscriptions and Events & Clinics tabs depending on what your coach offers.
Click Book Now next to the session you'd like to book.
Step 2 — Select a date and time
A booking calendar will open showing your coach's available dates and time slots. Select a date, then click the time that works best for you.
Step 3 — Create an account or sign in
If you're not already signed in to CoachNow, you'll be prompted to either create a free account or sign in to your existing one.
If you're new to CoachNow, click Create CoachNow Account. You'll need to provide:
First and last name
Email address
Phone number (so your coach can contact you)
Password
Profile photo (optional)
Age confirmation and agreement to CoachNow's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy
Step 4 — Review and confirm your booking
Once signed in, you'll be taken to a Booking Summary page. Take a moment to review:
Coach name and session type
Facility, date, time, and location
Session rate and total
Payment method
You can also leave an optional note for your coach before confirming. A countdown timer shows how long your selected time slot is held.
When you're ready, click Confirm to complete your booking.
Step 5 — You're booked!
A Session Booked confirmation will appear with your coach's name, date, and time. Click Ok to dismiss it — your new session will appear under Upcoming Sessions in your Bookings page.
For coaches: Once an athlete completes a booking through your public page, they'll automatically be added to your CoachNow account and you'll receive a notification of the new booking.
