Why is there is no sound in the videos I've posted or I'm trying to watch?

For sound to work in CoachNow, make sure that your ringer is turned on. Many apps where sound isn't a core function require the ringer to be turned on to play sound, and CoachNow is one of them. You may also need to give the CoachNow app access to your microphone if your videos are recording without sound.

For sound to work in CoachNow, make sure there are no Bluetooth headphones or speakers nearby accidentally picking it up. Sometimes our devices connect without us realizing it, and instead of picking up your voice in a screen recording, the audio is recording or playing through the headphones rather than the app.
