CoachNow PRO members have the ability to overlay two videos and compare them directly.
You can use this to compare progress of an athlete past and present, or to show key differences between them and a more advanced player. Being able to compare two videos on top of one another makes the differences between them very clear. This gives athletes a dynamic, rich look into how their form differs from the video they are being compared to.
Access the Video Overlay while in Versus Mode. For more information on how to get to this point, please read this article.
Once your two assets are side by side in Versus Mode, tap the icon to the right of the microphone icon at the top of the screen. It should look like two squares stacked on top of each other.
Immediately after tapping, the second asset will be overlaid on the first. You can use the slider above the image to set your desired opacity of the top image. Sliding to the right makes the second asset more apparent; sliding to the left makes the second asset more apparent.
And, just like any other image, you have the option to add telestration or voice over to your new image.
When you have finished your overlay analysis, click the white button in the top right corner of the screen. Add text and tags to your post, and then click “Post” to share it with your athletes.
